Life can be difficult and life can be busy. Many go through each day in a state of stress, which actually releases stress hormones throughout the body that causes dis-ease within the body. Learning skills of both Mindfulness and Meditation can give the tools to break the stress cycle.
Mindfulness
is being aware of the present moment, paying attention, without judgment. Being aware of what is going on around you rather than being caught up in your thoughts. Learning how to observe your thoughts will help gain you inner peace, allow you to feel more relaxed and more balanced. Meditation is a way you can practice Mindfulness in your daily life, whether you incorporate mini meditation techniques throughout any given day or you are able to dedicate blocks of time to your meditation practice.
I offer different techniques, different styles of meditation to make integrating daily practice easier. I welcome beginners as well as those who may be returning to both Mindfulness & Meditation.
Mindfulness Stillness-based Meditation
By allowing your focus and attention to move inwards, following the breath, feeling into the body, you are able to reduce the importance of thoughts. Your mind, with practice, will reduce jumping from one thought to another, instead you can tap into clarity, to focus and to be able to be in the present moment – not looking back at the past, not worrying over what is to come in the future.

Guided Imagery Relaxation Meditation
Allow my voice to guide you through a relaxed meditation. Using techniques such as visualisation, body scanning and feeling into your sense you will be guided through narrative on a journey. This type of mediation may suit those that have very busy minds as it will give your brain something else to focus on.
